Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HSEQ Management Team, including assisting with quotes, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Maintain the HSEQ management system data, documents, records, and reporting.
- Schedule meetings, format documents, and distribute HSEQ information/alerts.
- Implement, administer, and maintain site access control systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a construction, mining, or similar environment.
- Certificate or qualification in health and safety.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors.
