Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our staff, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining our ICT equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve problems efficiently
  • Maintain and upgrade ICT equipment as needed
  • Develop and implement knowledge articles to improve technical support processes
Requirements:
  • Formal qualification in Information Technology or similar field
  • 1-3 years experience in ICT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and fault/problem resolution
  • Confident communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-focused approach
