We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Investment Services & Capital Markets Expert. As a key member of our Capital Transactions team, you will play a crucial role in the campaign life cycle, researching the property investment market and providing market intelligence to support the compilation of submissions and production of information memorandums.

About the Role:

  • Compilation of comprehensive information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.
  • Coordinating financial and technical due diligence, handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises.
  • Research and analysis of relevant market information/intelligence, particularly in divestments and acquisitions, to identify off-market opportunities across the Office asset class.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Investment Services client group, including Institutional and International clients.
  • Assisting in developing the opportunity pipeline.
  • Preparing client progress reports on campaigns and attending client meetings.
  • Pursuing new appointments to act for organisations, focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers.

About You:

  • A market leader with a track record in Investment Services & Capital Markets or a Senior Executive within a commercial property business.
  • A Qualified Valuer looking to transition into a transactions role.
  • University degree qualified and Real Estate License/Certificate holder.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS-Project).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to converse with all levels of staff.
  • Familiarity with local investment property market and current trends.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
