Job Title: Key Account Professional
This role involves selling high-value products and solutions to named clients, focusing on achieving sales targets in assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account strategies focused on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.
- Sell and promote products and solutions in allocated geographies, targeting clients and projects according to market strategies.
- Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, customer relationships, and manage resolution to specific customer problems.
- Partner with local teams to maximize top-line orders.
You will be reporting to a senior sales lead and responsible for managing key accounts in target markets. You will develop a business plan/account plan to grow the customer base and strategies for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals.
Requirements:- Hold tertiary or degree qualifications in Engineering/commercial qualification or recognized equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the energy sector.
- Knowledge in HV Energy Sector at a technical level.
- Good understanding of high-voltage energy products is highly regarded, local market knowledge is beneficial.
- Natural flair for communication combined with skills in building long-lasting relationships.
A pro-active self-starter, excellent negotiator, results-oriented, and driven sales professional, possess high-level commercial acumen. Specific experience in utility, transport, & mining sectors will be highly regarded.
A proven track record in identifying and developing business and promoting value-add benefits of technical services. Proficiency in English communication.
