About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and production of Flight Training content across various learning environments. You'll work closely with stakeholders to create engaging, industry-best-practice training solutions that reflect our safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training content for Flight Training, incorporating classroom, self-paced, and digital learning environments
  • Manage the end-to-end development process to ensure training content and learning methodologies align with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create a blend of self-paced, facilitator-led, workplace, and online instruction courses
  • Embed professional adult learning principles into all training design initiatives
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Learning and Development/Program Management role within Aviation or a related discipline
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or above
  • Prior experience in Adult Education is desirable
  • Advanced level of strategic and lateral problem-solving skills
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Broad experience in the design and development of training courses
  • Project management skills and understanding of project management methodology
  • Knowledge of change management and risk management processes
