This role is a great fit for someone with an electrical trade background who enjoys being out in the field, working closely with crews, and making sure jobs are scoped, planned, and delivered safely and efficiently.
You'll be responsible for preparing work packages, managing subcontractors, and supporting crews with everything they need to get the job done right.
If you're organised, safety-focused, and confident working with people, then we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities includeScope and plan work packagesfor field crews, ensuring all required resources, subcontractors, and safety measures are in place before work beginsCoordinate and deliver work packagesto crews, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project timelines and safety standardsLead crews on-site throughout the day by actively guiding and supporting them to ensure safe and efficient deliveryLead daily pre-starts on site to set the tone for safety, clarity, and productivity, ensuring everyone is aligned and ready to deliverLiaise with the Construction Manager and other stakeholdersto plan outages, manage access, and support smooth project deliveryEnsure quality assurance and ITP processesare followed, and that all completed works are accurately captured for invoicing and close-outManage subcontractors on-site, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and performance expectationsSupport compliance with safety and environmental standards, conducting site checks and promoting a safety-first cultureUse your field knowledgeto identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving efficientlyAbout YouYou've got a solid electrical background and a strong understanding of what it takes to get the job done right in the field.
You're organised, safety-focused, and confident working with crews, clients, and contractors to keep things on track.An electrical trade qualification (essential), as well as at least 5 years' experience in the electrical industryPrevious experience in planning, scoping, and/or leading field crewsStrong understanding of subcontractor disciplines and job requirementsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to following processes and ensuring qualityA current driver's licenceWhy you should work for usWhat we do matters.
