Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the implementation of a large-scale retail POS rollout across 50 stores.

This role requires a strong leader with a track record of delivering enterprise software and hardware projects, with a particular focus on POS systems, integration, and stakeholder management at the executive level.

This is a hands-on role where structure, governance, and clear communication will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a nationwide retail POS implementation project.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive project governance, ensuring strong documentation and structured reporting.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, both locally and internationally.
  • Coordinate with distributed technical teams across multiple geographies.
  • Oversee defect management, integration, and code development workflows.
  • Ensure smooth integration between POS systems, enterprise platforms, Azure/Kubernetes environments, and SAP.
  • Provide leadership and clarity in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in enterprise-scale technology projects.
  • Strong background in retail POS system implementations.
  • Experience with software project management, enterprise integration, Azure, Kubernetes, and SAP integration is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of defect management, code development processes, and documentation best practices.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, including at C-level.
  • Ability to work with international stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry/domain experience in Retail and POS is essential.
