We're seeking a full-time Boarding Assistant to join our team immediately.

As a Boarding Assistant, you'll work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings, as well as some weekends. You'll need:

  • To have a passion for working with teenagers in a Christian context
  • Excellent behaviour management and pastoral care skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of the wider College team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A current Blue Card or eligibility for one

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike. They will also have a strong understanding of child safety protocols and procedures.
