Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Branch Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our operations by loading and accurately tracking delivery runs, maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, handling over-the-counter retail trade sales and customer quotes, picking orders, warehousing, and stock control activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Handling over-the-counter retail trade sales and customer quotes & delivering exceptional customer service
  • Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A clean full driver's license
  • Some general computer skills
