About The Role

The Graphic Designer delivers creative services, bringing the brand identity to life in print, digital, and motion across various campaigns, programs, services, publications, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager on the design process to deliver solutions on-brief, on-time, and on-brand.
  • Design and produce compelling, effective, and accessible design solutions guided by the Brand Manager and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support project objectives, planning, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
  • Liaise with external suppliers as required.
  • Adhere to team processes to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of creative services.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in branding and design to ensure in-house design solutions remain compelling.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in graphic design or visual communication.
  • Professional experience preferably in an in-house or creative agency.
  • Current portfolio demonstrating skills and understanding in concept development, brand, print, and digital design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a flexible approach and positive personality.
  • Organisational and time management skills to manage high volume requests with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and follow established team processes.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
