We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a support worker providing high-quality care to individuals with neurological disabilities.

Job Description:
  • Provide 1:1 ratio care and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow and understand participants' care plans to ensure effective support.

Key responsibilities include providing individualized support, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting client independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification in Disability Support or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of experience working in the disability sector (post-qualification).
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • National Police Check (valid for three years).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (valid for five years).
  • Online NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You', and NDIS New Worker Induction Module (or willing to obtain).
  • Three doses of Covid-19 vaccination and annual Influenza vaccination.
  • Two professional references from direct working arrangements.
  • Current Practical First Aid Training Certificate (valid for three years).
