Skilled Home Support Worker Wanted

We are seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Support Workers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients and participants, including assistance with personal care, social engagement, household tasks, and light administrative duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working independently in a home-based setting, utilizing their skills and experience to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance with personal care, such as bathing, toileting, and mobility
- Accompanying clients out for social engagement, activities, and appointments
- Assisting with household tasks, including cleaning and meal preparation
- Performing light administrative duties, such as record maintenance and reporting
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in fluent Cantonese or Hindi
- A genuine passion for working alongside participants and making a positive difference
- Professional or lived experience in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and compassion
- Current First Aid certificate (or applying)
- Current CPR certificate
- Current National Police check
- Current NSW Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
- The right to work in Australia
- Full Covid-19 vaccination
