About the Position

As a Site Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of a thriving community. This is more than just a site leadership role – it's an opportunity to shape the future of a residential project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals across a single-site project
  • Oversee site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, suppliers, and trades
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Champion a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor
  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to specification
  • Trade background (preferably carpentry) with a recognized qualification
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
