About the role We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to support our on-site project teams in the delivery of our growing portfolio of diverse fitout and construction projects.
You'll be responsible for : Championing SHAPE's safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with EHSQ requirements Managing day-to-day on-site activities from site establishment to handover and defect rectifications Maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and managing the delivery of quality work Developing and scheduling programmes in conjunction with the Project Manager Ensuring effective communication and coordination with the client, consultants, and stakeholders About you Experience as a Site Manager with a principal contractor Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to build high-performing teams and maintain strong relationships Knowledge of Procore and MS Project (handy, but not essential)Why we're a great place to work We have the ambitious vision to be 'the place where everyone wants to work'.
