About This Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of all structural, services and finishing elements on site.

Key responsibilities include scheduling work programmes to ensure projects are completed efficiently, and coordinating with secondary subcontractors.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to a site team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete tasks effectively.

Regular attendance at site management meetings will be required, working closely with other stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

A strong understanding of occupational health and safety processes will be essential in ensuring the safety of personnel on site.

Requirements:

  • Scheduling and coordination skills: Ability to schedule and coordinate work programmes to meet deadlines.
  • Leadership and communication skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to direct and manage a site team.
  • Health and safety knowledge: Solid understanding of occupational health and safety processes and procedures.
