Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that meets the individual needs of each patient.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. They will also be highly motivated and able to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated competencies in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Effective clinical communication skills, including the use of technology and written and verbal communication
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality care
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, with evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills
- Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases: This is a Category A position
- Australian Work Rights: You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, or able to live and work in Australia by your own visa
