Nursing Excellence - Critical Care Unit RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled registered nurse to join our team in the critical care unit. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals requiring intensive medical attention.
- We are seeking an experienced and qualified registered nurse with a strong background in critical care nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide evidence-based person-centred care to critically ill patients
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes
- To develop and maintain skills in clinical decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- To participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery
- To supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they receive comprehensive training and support
Selection Criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
- Competencies and knowledge in nursing care within a multidisciplinary team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
