Early Intervention Therapist

We provide expert therapy services, collaborating with the community, schools and various departments to deliver Positive Behavior Support Early Intervention services. Our team is NDIS registered, enabling us to support participants under their plans.
The role is based in Canning Vale and involves regular travel for case loads. We have offices in Osborne Park, offering opportunities to work with remote clients.
Key Qualifications & Experience- A relevant qualification in Allied Health or Behavioral Science is essential.
- Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors is required.
- A solid understanding of early intervention support and ability to develop plans and reports is necessary.
- Providing interventions and support to Families and children is a core responsibility.
- Complete thorough assessments and develop behavior support plans.
- Support NDIS participants and their carers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Provide training and early support in interventions and strategies, empowering families and children.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, leading as needed to achieve outcomes.
