**Disability Support Role**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to provide community access to individuals with disabilities. The role involves delivering high-quality care and support services as part of a small team driven to foster a culture of respect and ethical practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring quality care delivery
  • Building trust and rapport with clients and their families
  • Liaising with professionals involved in client support and care
  • Providing personal care assistance when needed
  • Facilitating community participation and holidays for clients
  • Evaluating and improving provided supports

To be successful in this role, you will require a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance, a current driver's license, and relevant qualifications or experience in the disability support industry. Additionally, you will need to undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and Working with Children Check.

This is a casual position offering regular shifts. You will be compensated at $41.89 per hour plus $0.92 per kilometer of travel. Benefits include an employee mentoring program and travel reimbursement.
