We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be working closely with clients, providing support and care that enables them to live fulfilling and independent lives. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality care delivery, building trust and rapport with clients, communicating effectively with other professionals, and liaising with families.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a flexible approach to scheduling. You must also be able to travel regularly, so a reliable car and driver's license are essential.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Qualifications or experience relevant to disability support industry
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current driver's license
