Retail Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Manager to lead the operations of our retail store and drive continued growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product selection, inventory management, and ensure premium quality standards
  • Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies tailored to the retail seafood industry
  • Lead daily sales activities and deliver exceptional customer service, including advice on seafood preparation and cooking
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial performance
  • Prepare budgets and monitor the store's financial outcomes
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the absence of formal qualifications
