
Expert Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Specialist

The Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Manager role is responsible for overseeing and maintaining systems and programs related to accreditations directly associated with heavy vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation requirements by reviewing and analyzing data to guarantee adherence to regulations.
- Monitor systems and processes supporting accreditation elements to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Facilitate auditing both internally and externally in line with documented standards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and information to internal stakeholders operating under the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) and Western Australia Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA), fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and support.
- Maintain currency of knowledge on all heavy vehicle accreditation requirements, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy vehicle management or a related field, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking initiative and making informed decisions in a high-risk operational environment.
