- A high degree of mechanical knowledge is required to assess vehicle damage and determine the restoration work required.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to coordinate with other workers in the workshop and ensure a smooth workflow.
The successful candidate will be trade qualified, have body repair experience, and possess strong decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Restore heavy vehicle exteriors to their original condition.
- Ensure the chassis crush is properly maintained and used appropriately.
- Coordinate with other workers to achieve efficient workflows.
- Notify of any product shortages which may impact production.
- Meet daily deadlines and time-frames.
- Trade qualification (Essential)
