This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness of our residential facilities.
- Provide comprehensive housekeeping services for residents' apartments and common areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Clean and disinfect all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment throughout the facility.
- Empty waste receptacles, replace liners, and restock supplies as needed.
- Launder linens and other textiles according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supply levels, and any issues or concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with move-in/move-out procedures, ensuring seamless transitions for residents.
- Greet residents and guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and residents.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures and guidelines for housekeeping and customer service.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work.
