Haematology/Oncology Nurse Specialist

Responsibilities:
">- Provide high quality nursing care to patients undergoing haematology/oncology treatment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Demonstrate person-centred, family-inclusive and culturally sensitive care
- Organise and prioritise workload; maintain effective communication with the team and patients
- Contribute to professional development and continuous learning
- Work flexibly across a roaster including day, evening or night shifts on all days of the week
Qualifications:
">- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority
- Demonstrated nursing experience in a relevant setting (including recent graduates or equivalent experience)
- Ability to provide person-centred, family-inclusive and culturally sensitive care
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work across a roster including all shifts
