About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead our Cost Management Division. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing project teams across multiple existing projects, building on our existing relationships and reputation, and offering a new perspective to our established business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as a QS
  • Client interface and delivery experience
  • Strong technical experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet multiple, conflicting deadlines in a calm and professional manner
  • Strong team leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong negotiation and reporting writing skills
  • Proactive, a problem solver, and able to work autonomously
  • MRICS or MAIQS preferred
