**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for measurement, cost management, etc. for the lifecycle of a variety of projects such as Health, Commercial, Residential, etc. You’ll need to build relationships and collaborate with Customers, Clients, Suppliers, and Subcontractors.

**DUTIES.**
- Manage construction costs from feasibility through to delivery for Infrastructure projects
- Responsible for variations
- Conduct progress claims
- Coordinate contracts administration
- Manage Junior team

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience with Civil/ Infrastructure projects
- Ability to prepare for trade tender documents, review tender prices and programs
- Minimum 5yrs Quantity Surveying experience
