About the Role

Framework Search & Select is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to their growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, ideally from a Main Contracting background or another top 10 advisory firm, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, value engineering, and claims management.
  • Manage a team of quantity surveyors and ensure the timely delivery of projects to our clients.
  • Work closely with other members of our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • A degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in quantity surveying.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of quantity surveyors.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in Australia.
  • Membership of a relevant professional organization, such as the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
