Property Operations Specialist

As a Property Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client activities for an assigned portfolio of properties. This includes approximately 92,000 sqm situated in a state government account.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage asset registers, including building, plant, and equipment inspections and reporting.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure works are completed in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a timely manner and within budget.
- Analyze fault logging records to identify trends and implement mitigation plans accordingly.
- Oversee compliance across the portfolio relating to contracts, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements.
