Commercial Property Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Coordinator to join our high-performing Property Team. This is a 12-month parental leave contract opportunity.

The team consists of Development, Project, and Asset Managers working on various projects across sectors such as hotels, commercial offices, healthcare, retail, industrial, vaccination facilities, data centers, and surf parks.

You will report directly to the Head of Property Development and gain insight into the operations of our close-knit team. Our culture is strong, which contributes to our success.

Key responsibilities include coordinating bids and compiling submissions for new property development projects, managing procurement processes, championing the use of property and asset management systems, and overseeing IT coordination.

Additionally, you will support hotel administration, manage the Hive Hotel operations, maintain and update the prospective tenant database, act as a primary contact for property inquiries, and provide administrative support to the Head of Property Development.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience supporting diverse stakeholders with strong prioritization skills and composure under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment on issue management, and prioritization
  • Adaptability, efficiency, flexibility, and proactive needs assessment
  • Prior administrative experience preferably in the property industry
