As a skilled florist, you will play a pivotal role in our floral team, helping us to create exquisite and bespoke arrangements for our clients.

">Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of working experience as a florist from a reputable local floral shop or equivalent setting;
  • Completion of Certificate III in Floristry or any comparable certification;
  • A passion for innovative design and contemporary aesthetics;
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team;
  • Flexibility with full and varied availability, including weekends and peak event periods;
  • In-depth knowledge of flowers, foliage, and various plant species;
  • Proficiency in sourcing stock from wholesale markets (an advantage);
  • Ability to take orders from interflora, petals, and easyflower platforms;
  • Capacity to work for multiple days per week, ideally at least 3 days during Valentine's Day or Mother's Day week.
Career Path and Progression:

This position is designed for a few days a week, with opportunities for full-time advancement based on performance.
