Disability Support Professional

The primary objective of this position is to provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence, choice, and control.
As a vital member of our team, you will work collaboratively to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with our organization's vision, principles, and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist participants in activities as determined by their NDIS plan.
- Support participants in achieving their goals and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the Organisation to promote individual independence and wellbeing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of empathy and understanding of people with disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
