Essential Qualifications and Licenses Required
  • A graduate diploma or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent/higher qualification recognized by ACECQA)
  • A current and valid WA Teacher's Registration/Accreditation
  • A first aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • A current and valid Australian work rights & Photo ID
Desirable Skills, Attributes, and Experience
  • A strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations to plan, implement, and evaluate tailored educational programs
  • Proven experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, creating inclusive environments for children of all backgrounds and abilities
  • The ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
  • Skilled in observing, documenting learning, and using relevant software for planning and communication
