Our organisation is seeking a Project Director to lead complex projects in the water infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing civil projects on capital infrastructure, as well as a strong background in project management principles and practices.

About the Role
  • To be responsible for delivering projects across capital water infrastructure, including valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, water main replacements, and more.
  • To collaborate with design, scheduling, cost, commissioning, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth transitions and project success.
Key Responsibilities
  1. To manage, coordinate, and deliver a range of projects varying in size and scope, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. To foster a culture of innovation, proactively develop team members, provide mentoring, lead by example, and demonstrate a strong commitment to our organisational values and policies.
  3. To support budget management processes and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to optimise costs, implement improvements, and ensure accurate records, reports, and forecasting.
  4. To build strong relationships across design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to support optimal delivery across projects and greater partnerships.
