About the Role
The Medical Administration Assistant will support our Medical Coordinators in providing exceptional service to Defence candidates throughout the medical and psychological components of the Defence Force Recruiting process.
This full-time position is based in our Alexandria Clinic, NSW, and reports to the DFR Team Lead Medical Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Defence candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient process
- Assist in booking appointments and managing reminders
- Obtain further medical evidence when required
- Manage invoices and general administration tasks
Requirements
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting
- Current Working With Children Check
- Ability to maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
