ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Medical Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Medical Coordinators in delivering exceptional service to Defence candidates throughout their medical and psychological evaluations as part of the Defence Force Recruiting process.
This is a Full-Time position reporting to the DFR Team Lead Medical Coordinator, located in our Alexandria Clinic, NSW.
DUTIES
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating effectively with candidates
- Assisting with appointment scheduling
- Collecting additional medical documentation as necessary
- Managing appointment reminders
- Handling invoicing tasks
- Performing general administrative duties, including managing the inbox
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities, along with the following qualifications:
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Experience in a healthcare or medical environment
- Current Working With Children Check
- Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
