Corporate Counsel ISP Compliance Specialist

Amazon's Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Counsel clients on compliance requirements for internet access and similar services, including ISP-specific billing and customer disclosure requirements, network management rules, public funding programs, interconnection, and regulatory reporting obligations.
- Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk and allow Kuiper to move quickly.
- Work closely with the Kuiper team and across Amazon to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Law degree and admission to relevant bar association
- Experience in corporate law firm and in-house work, preferably in the communications industry
- A dynamic and challenging role in a fast-paced environment
