About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Software Development Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that drive innovation in safety-critical environments.

This position requires an individual with strong programming skills, experience in software development methodologies, and excellent problem-solving abilities. As a Software Development Expert, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on schedule and within budget.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and testing software applications aligned with customer and stakeholder needs
  • Collaborating with engineers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless software delivery
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues across our product suite
  • Participating in the full software lifecycle from concept to release
  • Continuously improving development practices and contributing to R&D initiatives
  • Maintaining technical documentation to support scalable development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in C# and Microsoft technologies (Visual Studio)
  • Front-end development experience (React or similar)
  • Solid understanding of source control and issue tracking systems
  • Strong communication, documentation, and technical writing skills
