Unlock Your Potential as a Junior Software Engineer

We're on the lookout for a skilled and ambitious Junior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key player in our software development process, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining software solutions that drive innovation in the audio-visual processing industry.

The Role
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations
  • Contribute to the creation of clear and concise software design documentation
  • Develop intuitive user interfaces and experiences for cloud and mobile applications
  • Design and implement automated unit tests to ensure software module integrity
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of common technologies, tools, and processes for new product development
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Flutter or other frontend technologies
  • 3+ years of experience in Go, C++ or C# backend experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with large-scale, mission-critical applications
  • Proficiency with debugging tools and techniques
  • Experience with Git or similar version control systems
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python
  • Experience with using AI-assisted development tools on a daily basis
  • Docker development experience is a bonus
Work Environment
  • This is an onsite position based in Brisbane, QLD
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Minimal travel required (less than 5%)
