Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and motivating your team to deliver exceptional return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer service
  • Identify and implement innovative operational improvements
  • Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities
  • Recruitment, induction, and training of new team members
  • Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums
  • Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports
  • Drive an engaging workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing
  • Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body
  • Experience in a similar role or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance
  • Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must
