About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Director to lead our team in Canberra ACT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Branch, ensuring the delivery of customer, client, and operational outcomes through effective management of key business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing overall leadership and management to the Branch and team
  • Managing customer accounts including business development and contract management
  • Providing training, coaching and development to your team
  • Managing service delivery standards
  • Managing your own reduced size case load to a high standard
