We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Older Person's Mental Health Unit at Wagga Wagga.

About the Role:
The Enrolled Nurse will be accountable for:
- Providing person-centered care to mental health consumers, promoting dignity and respect in all interactions.
- Collaborating with nursing and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of safety and best practice.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
