Senior Integrity Manager

This position is designed to oversee integrity across various AFL-managed competitions. The successful candidate will lead the investigative arm of the Integrity Unit and ensure compliance with AFL Rules, Policies and Regulations through proactive integrity management.
Key responsibilities include leading an investigative team in complex integrity matters, staying up-to-date with current legislative and investigative processes, managing victim support services, and delivering high-quality reports and briefs of evidence.
Responsibilities- Lead investigations into complex integrity matters.
- Manage and maintain knowledge of current legislation and investigative processes.
- Oversee victim support services and wellbeing initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality investigation reports and briefs of evidence.
The ideal candidate will have a senior leadership background, preferably in sports integrity, with a strong understanding of safeguarding children legislation nationally.
