Job Description

As a Senior Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and empowering a team of mental health clinicians, ensuring they deliver their best through expert clinical governance, ongoing development, and your leadership. You will also maintain your own diverse caseload, keeping your clinical skills sharp and your work deeply meaningful.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Holds qualifications in Psychology or Social Work (with current registration)
  • Brings broad experience supporting individuals through personal and workplace challenges
  • Is passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
  • Has experience in workplace interventions like training, coaching, and facilitated discussions
