
Leadership Position for Mental Health Professionals

We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to lead our Medicare Mental Health Centres team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting professional values and ethics in clinical practice.
The Role- Develop and implement strategies to ensure prioritisation and delegation of duties of caregiver caseloads for self and supervised caregivers.
- Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to the team, including clinical risk management.
- Deliver mental health services to client groups and circumstances of a complex nature requiring advanced practice skills.
- Lead initiatives to improve the safety and quality of consumer care.
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Nursing, along with current registration with AHPRA or membership with the appropriate professional association.
You will bring demonstrated expertise in delivering individual and group therapy across a range of mental health presentations and will be well-versed in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices.
Successful applicants must hold a current Working with Children Certificate and National Police Clearance.
