We offer specialist therapy services directly to the community, schools and departments. Our team is NDIS registered and provides Positive Behavior Support Early Intervention services under NDIS plans.
This role will be based in our office, with opportunities to support clients via DIDO/FIFO arrangements. Regular travel is required, approximately once a month for 5-10 days, depending on caseload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans.
- Supporting individuals, their carers, families and significant others.
- Providing training and early support based on behavior support plans.
- Assisting individuals in achieving their person-centered goals.
We are looking for an experienced professional with relevant qualifications in Allied Health or Behavioral Science. Key skills and experience include:
- Experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
- Understanding of early intervention support and ability to develop reports based on assessments.
- Ability to provide interventions and support to families and children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission standards.
