As a dedicated Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality therapy services to residents with the support of our interdisciplinary teams. You will develop tailored treatment plans and implement interventions to enhance daily living skills and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy services to residents with mobility issues, pain management, and range of movement challenges.
  • Create, implement, and review individualized Therapy and Mobility Care Plans.
  • Design and oversee physiotherapy programs, including group, individual, spa, and gym-based activities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coordinate Physiotherapy Assistants while fostering teamwork with nursing and care staff.
Requirements
  • Hold current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and (where applicable) NDIS Codes of Conduct and Practice Standards.
  • Possess strong clinical assessment skills and experience in designing and overseeing physiotherapy programs.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
