We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience working in administration, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to project field team members, ensuring their administrative needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update project rosters, ensuring all employees complete daily timesheets as required by the payroll team.
  • Prepare and collate data for daily force reporting, meeting client requirements.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly statistics to the project manager for reports.
  • Take minutes of meetings with clients and subcontractors.
  • Maintain the project SHEQ register, including weekly inspection report information.
  • Update all project registers, including plant equipment, electrical tagging, gearbox services, and training matrices.
  • Coordinate client and subcontractor inductions, providing relevant induction information.
  • Mobilize workforce management, liaising with recruitment and HR teams to book personnel, request contracts, and manage onboarding procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service or administration experience.
  • A flexible mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience working a 2/1 DIDO or FIFO roster.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
