This role is ideal for an engineer who excels at enhancing assembly processes in a high-precision environment. As part of the Manufacturing Engineering Team, you will optimize workflows and implement process improvements that drive cost efficiency and product reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical assembly processes for complex CNC machines and subassemblies
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement rapid problem resolution strategies
  • Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures, assembly instructions, and production documentation
  • Collaborate on assembly line layout and workstation design improvements to enhance efficiency and ergonomics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering role demonstrating process improvement and technical leadership
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer in Victoria
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, Auto CAD) and ERP systems
