We are looking for a skilled Identity Security Architect to lead our identity infrastructure. This role is crucial in enabling teams to innovate securely and at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain scalable, reliable identity systems that provide seamless and secure user experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, providing technical guidance and people leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Architecture, and other technical leaders to shape and deliver the roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience leading engineering teams, with a background in platform or security engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge in identity and access management (IAM), including authentication and authorisation systems.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and technical domains.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for clean, secure, and efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry security and privacy frameworks, and a pragmatic approach to applying them.
